1. General Terms

• Policy sabhi products par lagu hoti hai.
• Return / Replacement sirf 7 din ke andar.
• Product unused & original condition me hona chahiye.
• Original box, tags & accessories required.
• Order cancel sirf shipping se pehle possible.

2. Return / Replacement Eligibility

• Wrong item / size / color delivered.
• Transit damage.
• Dead / non-working product.
• Major manufacturing defect.

Note: Minor scratches, color difference ya comfort issue return me accept nahi hote.

3. Non-Returnable Products

• Used products.
• Missing box, tags ya accessories.
• Customer mishandling damage.
• Unboxing video missing hone par.

4. Return / Replacement Process

• Delivery ke 7 din ke andar contact karein.
• Proper unboxing video mandatory.
• Video + images ke saath Contact Page par message karein.
• 24–48 hrs me verification response.

5. Refund Process

• Inspection ke baad refund initiate hota hai.
• Refund time: 3–7 working days.
• COD orders me bank/UPI details lag sakti hain.
• Shipping charges refundable nahi hote.

6. Return Pickup

• Selected pin codes par reverse pickup available.
• Pickup na ho to self-ship karna hota hai.
• Company mistake me shipping hum bear karte hain.

7. Exchange Policy

• Exchange stock availability par depend karta hai.
• Price difference applicable ho sakta hai.
